Whether being used on clear, prepainted, ABS, fiberglass, aluminum or even steel bodies these neodymium magnets are strong enough to work through 1/2″ plywood. The kit includes 4 markers and top caps with a 4mm hole so sharpie markers or paintpens fit with ease, unlike a few kits on the market that barely fit a mechanical pencil lead and tip. The markers themselves are made with an 8mm bore so they fit 7th and 8th scale body posts, and also included are inserts for 5, 6 and 7mm diameters that simply fit inside the markers for smaller scale posts. The kit comes in a convenient case with a center lid to contain the inserts and uses rare earth magnets that are self centering for the perfect placement every time. Whether you struggle with getting your holes lined up or have been fitting bodies for years and want an easier way to get perfect placement every time this is a great kit for any RC toolbox. It’s a very user friendly kit that makes what can be a tedious task as easy as possible for beginners to veterans in the hobby.

Directions

1. Put the marker on your post with a body pin to hold
2. Drop the top magnet on
3. Find and mark your best position
4. Remove all the magnets and make your holes
5. Drop your body on and pin it down
